Refund policy

At MERAKI MATERIA, every sink, bathtub, mirror and other natural stone product is handcrafted and made exclusively to order. As each product is custom-made and specifically produced for the customer, all sales are final.

1. No cancellations, returns or refunds

All products are custom-made and manufactured to order. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed.

We advise you to carefully check all product specifications, dimensions, finishes, materials and other details before placing your order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Damaged or defective products

Have you received a product that was damaged during transport or contains a manufacturing defect? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@merakimateria.com.

Please include:

your order number;

a clear description of the issue;

clear photos of the product;

photos of the original packaging and any transport damage.

After reviewing the claim, if the complaint is deemed valid, we will, at our discretion:

provide a replacement product; or

issue store credit.

Claims submitted later than 48 hours after delivery may no longer be eligible for review.

1. Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

MERAKI MATERIA is not liable for delays, damage or other issues caused by external carriers after the order has been shipped.

Returns are only accepted when a damage claim has been approved in writing by MERAKI MATERIA in advance. If a return is necessary, you will receive further instructions.

1. Exceptions

Minor differences in colour, structure, veining, texture and finish are inherent to natural stone and handcrafted workmanship. These natural variations do not constitute a defect and do not entitle the customer to a return, replacement or refund.
